We have a site offline, how fast can you have a technician onsite?

Thats dependant upon location, although we can generally get out to site very fast, (onsite within 2 hours) as we have multiple technicians in metropolitan & regional locations right across Australia to ensure you always have technicians available for your urgent call outs.

Do you have technicians in remote locations and mining sites?

Yes, we do have technicians in remote locations and mining towns, best to contact us and confirm, for mining sites we do offer a fly-in fly-out option if required.

How do I become a partner?

Im a registered cabler and would like to work with you, how do I that?

Thats easy, we always welcome new technicians, we have a simple but stringent onboarding process that ensures you must have the relevant licences, experience and insurances to help our partners, once verified, we then start allocating you work!
